4.1 - CLEANING
4.1.a - Cleaning the appliance and the remote control
a. Use a dry cloth to clean the appliance and the remote control.
b. It is possible to use a cloth moistened with cold water to clean the appliance
in case it's very dirty.
Do not use a chemically treated or antistatic cloth to clean the appliance.
Do not use gasoline, solvent, polish or similar solvents.
These products could cause the breakage or deformation of the plastic
surface.
4.1.b - Cleaning the filters
Operate as follows:
a. Use a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) to remove the screws (22) (fig. N).
b. Remove the air filter (16) from the appliance body (fig. O).
c. Remove the paper filter (17) from the body of the appliance.
d. Clean both filters (16 and 17) with water and neutral soap. Rinse the filters
well with clean water.
e. If necessary, use a soft brush to clean the air filter more deeply (16).

Let the filters dry, then replace them into the body of the appliance (15).
g. Fix the air filter (16) with both screws (22) (fig.P).
Do not use the appliance unless the filters are properly installed. Do not
use the appliance if the filters are damaged or worn.
