Cupcakes
Ingredients:

8 tbsp of butter (softened)
•
2 cups of sugar
•
3 eggs
•
2 cups of flour
•
1/2 tsp of baking soda
Steps:
•
Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add in eggs.
•
Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir into egg mixture and
add the butter milk.
•
Add the lemon juice and zest.
•
Pour into your maker.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
•
Serve with lemon frosting.
