GENERAL WARNING

This system is only suitable for use in private households; any
other use will invalidate the warranty.
The system SHALL be fitted with a Thermex cooker hood with
external motor, see the specifications for the cooker hood. Use for
other purposes will invalidate the warranty.
All installations shall be carried out by a qualified technician in
accordance with the instructions issued by Thermex Scandinavia
A/S (Thermex) and the laws currently in force.
Thermex disclaims any liability for damage resulting from im-
proper installation, assembly, operation or incorrect settings.
BEFORE INSTALLATION/OPERATION
Immediately upon receipt, check the product for transport dam-
age, defects and missing parts.
Transport damage should be reported immediately to the trans-
port company and Thermex upon receipt.
Any defects and/or missing parts should be reported to Thermex
within 8 days of receipt and prior to installation/operation.
INSTALLATION
The device is designed to operate at 230 Volts ±10%~ 50 Hz
±15%. Max. load 1.4 A.
THERMEX CENTRALVENTILATION VILLA II
The temperature range for operation of the system is -20°C to
+50°C.
The device must always be earthed ( ).
The PCB should not be covered up.
It is important that Null (N) and live (L) are NOT interchanged
when installing the PCB as the device will only function when
properly connected.
The maximum distance between the PCB and the remote control
is 500 m. (max. in free terrain - line of sight).
The central ventilation system on which the Centralventilation
Villa II and associated Thermex cooker hood are installed deter-
mine the total ventilation system specifications.

USING THE SYSTEM

Always follow the instructions in the user manual for the hood
when using, cleaning and maintaining the hood.
Always disconnect power to the system prior to maintenance or
repair.
Do not repair or replace any part of the system, unless specifically
recommended in the user manual.
All repairs should be carried out by a qualified technician.
