Conveyor belt replace

Before carrying out any maintenance work, the machine must be disconnected from the power
supply to avoid the risk of accidental switching on of the machine!
With the height adjustment, the grinding unit is moved to the uppermost position.
 Remove unscrew the belt protection (12) through the front.

 With the supplied 6mm Hex Wrench -Allen key- lateral table extension and table extension
Disassemble.

 By the clamping screws with the Allen key
to loosen both left and right, the pulleys on
both sides relaxed.
 Now, the conveyor belt can be removed
and replaced.
In reverse order to tighten the conveyor belt after assembly and screw the dismantled parts
again.
ATTENTION: Adjust the left and right pulleys precisely so that the conveyor belt does not run off
the side pulleys.
