The values are flashed after 0.0 appears. First the weight is recorded, then  is displayed,
indicating that the scales are analyzing, please do not alight. Once finished the weight and
body fat & water will be displayed alternately for 4 times before the scales automatically turn
off. Compare the body fat reading against the (body fat & water ratio chart) to confirm the
body status.
