Recommended cleaning method
1. Loosen dirt: Spray the detergent sparingly and let it
take effect for 1... 5 minutes, but do not let it dry.
2. Remove dirt: Rinse off loose dirt with the high-pres-
sure jet.

Switching on the device

Note
The spray lance or the nozzle can be removed to facili-
tate the startup process.
Note
If cleaning is not to be commenced immediately, refer to
interrupting operation.
1. Open the water inlet.
2. Set the temperature controller to operation with cold
/ hot water.
3. Unlock the high-pressure gun by pushing the safety
latch to the rear.
4. Open the high-pressure gun.
5. Start the motor with the high-pressure gun opened,
according to the operating instructions of the motor
manufacturer.

Cold water operation

1. Set the temperature controller to the "Burner off" po-
sition.
Operation with hot water / steam
We recommend the following temperatures for cleaning
with hot water / steam:

Operation with hot water

Avoid contact with hot water.
1. Set the temperature controller to the desired work
temperature (max. 98 °C). The burner is switches
on.
Operation with steam / weed
removal

At work temperatures above 98 °C, the working pres-
sure must not exceed 3.2 MPa (32 bar).

Note

1. Use the included high-pressure nozzle / power noz-
zle (for weed removal) or steam nozzle (for steam
operation).
2. Mount the spray heads according to the operating
instructions 5.968-256.0 (WR 10) or 5.967-455.0
(WR 100).
3. Turn the pressure / volume regulator on the high-
pressure gun in the "+" direction as far as it will go.
The high-pressure gun is fully open.
4. Set the electric starter key switch to "ON".

5. Set the device switch on the weed removal electrical
box to "ON".
6. Adjust the work temperature via "SET" and the ar-
row keys on the temperature controller and confirm
with the tick symbol.

Note
Recommended setting range for weed removal:
● 85 °C to 105 °C
Recommended setting range for the steam setting:
● 120 °C to 155 °C
7. Turn the adjusting nut on the pressure relief valve
anticlockwise onto the stop nut. Hold the threaded
spindle on the pressure relief valve with a 6mm
open-end wrench and turn the adjusting nut with a
13mm open-end wrench.

8. Start the motor.
9. Operate the high-pressure gun.
Note
● It takes about 2-4 minutes before the work tempera-
ture is reached, see the display.
● If the red indicator light on the weed removal electri-
cal box lights up during operation, the system pres-
sure is too high and the burner switches off. The
system pressure is to be reduced at the pressure re-
lief valve (using the adjusting nut) (counter-clock-
wise as far as it will go)
Note
In order to be able to use the device again for high-pres-
sure cleaning, the following work steps must be carried
out:

Remove the spray nozzle and re-install the high-
pressure accessories.
Note
Let the device run cold after use.

Turn the adjusting nut on the pressure relief valve
clockwise to the stop nut. Hold the threaded spindle
on the pressure relief valve with a 6mm open-end
wrench and turn the adjusting nut with a 13mm
open-end wrench.
