Fill, bleed and check the watertightness of the primary circuit in
accordance with the boiler's assembly instructions:
Open the manual bleed valve.
Turn the anti-thermosiphon valve to open (O).
Carry out the bleed:
- If the boiler is fitted with the automatic bleed algorithm: Turn the
boiler on. A 1-minute bleed cycle is carried out automatically.
Repeat this operation 3 or 4 times depending on the capacity of
the DHW tank by turning the boiler on and off.

Commissionning
- If the boiler is not fitted with the automatic bleed algorithm: Carry
out successive cycles manually, leaving the DHW tank pump on
(2 seconds) and off (3 seconds), until the primary circuit has been
fully bled.
Top up the primary circuit with water.
Close the manual bleeder valve when water flows out.
Turn the anti-thermosiphon valve to automatic (A).
During the heating process, a certain amount of water may
flow through the valve or safety unit; this is caused by
water expansion. This phenomenon is completely normal
and must in no event be hindered.
Bleed the installation again after it has been in operation
for some time.
