After grilling
Procedure:
^ Switch the grill off.
^ Clean the appliance after each use
while it is still warm to the touch.
^ Use the handle to lift the griddle off
the grill.

Cleaning and care

^ The griddle must be cleaned after
each use with warm water and a little
washing up liquid. It must then be
thoroughly dried. Stubborn deposits
may need to be wetted first to loosen
the soiling. If necessary a soft brush
may be used to remove them.
