2. Disable the alarm device connected to the SFR of the Docking Station.
3. Select the MUTE button to mute the horn.
4. If necessary, remove the retention clamp.
5. Unlock and pull out the module.
6. Insert the Slotcover in the free slot and lock.
7. If necessary, insert a retention clamp.
8. Disconnect and remove the wiring from the Terminal Block.
9. Open configuration mode.
10.Configure system for the desired new functions.
11. Upload new configuration.
12.If necessary, manually acknowledge latching system states.
13.Remove the Inhibit state from all channels.
14.Disable the MUTE button.

Replace transmitter

For example, replace a faulty transmitter with a new transmitter of the same type.
A transmitter can be replaced during operation.
1. Set the channel of the faulty transmitter to the inhibit state.
2. Disable the alarm device connected to the SFR of the docking station.
3. Replace faulty transmitter with new transmitter with the same configuration.
4. Wait for the warm-up phase.
5. Remove the inhibit state from the channel of the new transmitter.

11.1.1 Contents of these help pages
These help pages describe the use of the REGARD Configuration Software
(hereinafter referred to as the configuration software). The information is intended
for persons who are responsible for operating the controller.
Different functions are available depending on the licence:
– For a description of the REGARD 7000 functions, see the REGARD 7000
instructions for use.
– For a description of the REGARD 3000 functions, see the REGARD 3000
instructions for use.
Interlinked systems can only be managed with a REGARD 7000 licence.

Setting up an account

The configuration software can be downloaded from the ServiceConnect® web
portal (www.serviceconnect.draeger.com) free of charge. The configuration
software can be installed on any number of PCs.
