GREEN JUICE
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1 cucumber
1 apple
½ lemon
4 medium carrots
APPLE CARROT JUICE
2 apples
6 carrots
CITRUS POMEGRANATE JUICE
1 large pink grapefruit or 3 large oranges
1 pomegranate (peeled and seeded)
½ lime or lemon
3 carrots
CITRUS BEET JUICE
2 oranges
1 pink grapefruit
½ lemon or lime
1 apple
3 carrots
1 large red beet
SPINACH/KALE/CHARD GREEN JUICE
2 handfuls each or baby spinach and kale
2 to 3 leaves of Swiss chard
3 carrots
1 cucumber
½ lemon
2 apples
You can make up your own recipes by adding your favorite ingredients in various combinations.
Add bananas or strawberries for a sweeter taste. Add spinach to any recipe for additional
nutrients. Add blueberries or grapes to your liking or juice one ingredient only such as oranges,
carrots, grapes, kiwis, apples, or strawberries.
