THIS OVEN GETS HOT! WHEN IN USE, ALWAYS USE OVEN MITTS OR POTHOLDERS WHEN
TOUCHING ANY OUTER OR INNER SURFACE OF THE OVEN
• To insert the crumb tray, grab the angled section and tilt the tray down. Slowly slide it into the oven
under the safety guard that protects the heating element.
• There are 3 positions for inserting the wire shelf or baking pan, lower, middle, and high. It is
recommended that you use the shelf handle, oven mitts or potholders to insert or remove the wire shelf
or baking pan if the oven is on.
• The power indicator light in the lower right hand corner of the control panel will turn on and remain
on whenever the timer is in use. The oven also has a 60 minute timer.
PLEASE NOTE: The oven will not heat up until the timer is ON.
• Turn the temperature control knob to 150°F, the function control knob to OFF, and the timer to OFF
before plugging or unplugging this oven into a power outlet.
• DO NOT put any container on the lower safety guards that cover the heating element. Always use a
wire shelf or baking pan on the lower, middle, or upper positions when not using the rotisserie.
• This oven is a convection oven with an internal fan to distribute the heat evenly. For best
performance of this oven:

Do not overfill the oven.
b.
Do not open the door too frequently to avoid heat loss.
c.
When using foil to cover food, always tuck the edges of the foil against the sides of the
baking pan or dish.
