12.Set the Screw (L:12mm) I to
the Stopper lock (Lower) G and
tighten for making a screw
groove.
NOTICE
Keep 3mm clearance between
the Screw (L:12mm) I and
the Stopper lock (Lower) G.
13.Remove the Screws (L: 12mm)
I which were set in step 12
from the Stopper Lock (Lower)
G.
14.Install following items to the
STD cowling brace.
Center Bolt D, Center Nut E,
Slider Plates F, Stopper Lock
(Lower) G, Slider Lock (Lower)
H, Screw (L:12mm) I.
Center Bolt
10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)
NOTE:
•
Set a
mark of the Stopper lock
G
(lower)
and the Slider Lock (Lower)
•
Use a bit ratchet wrench (+) and equivalent for tightening the Screw
I
(L:12mm)
due to a limited installation space.
15.Reinstall the STD coupler cover of meter assy which was removed in
Step 11.
16.Reconnect the STD indicator
lead wires and reinstall the STD
Windscreen Assy (F) which
were removed in Step.4.
Windscreen brace bolt M8:
23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 17.0 lbf-ft)
NOTICE
Set the Center Bolt D and the
STD
wind
screen
touching.
