EXTRACTION BELT ASSEMBLAGE
• Insert the belt in the bottom part on the opposite side of the loading belt.
• Lift the belt and insert the pin E on the chassis support and through the
fixing hole of the belt.
• Lift the belt from the external part and hook the supporting chains to the
ad-hoc holes.
• Regulate the tie rod F present on a chain in order to align the belt.
• Connect the plug of the belt to the socket of the T-7500-M control
board.
BEWARE! The belt weighs approximately 80 Kg. Carry out
the operation with the help of an adequate lifting mean.
Please pay attention to the electrical connection, make
sure that the cable and the outlet are in good condition,
make sure that the switch of the cable is in neutral position
and verify that along the path of the cable there is no
danger of entrapment or cuts.
3.- OPERATION
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Put the general switch in the "ON" position and verify that the green power
light turns-on on the check panel; start the engine of the crusher and the two
belts by rotating the buttons placed on the control board (run-rest).
Before starting to work check the direction of the belts and
direction of rotation of the crusher.
1- GENERAL SWITCH: Allows the power supply of the entire electrical
system, pos. ON connected, pos. OFF disconnected
2- NOMENCLATURE: Green light, engine running; red light engine resting;
white light, engine locked
3- EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH: To be pressed in case of danger. It stops
every organ in motion. To unlock it, please rotate the button clockwise
4- REST-RUN BUTTON: By rotating this button you start or stop the
described function (Crusher, Extraction belt, Feeding belt)
5- MAINS SOCKET (380V 16A): Power supply has to be connected to this
socket. Voltage must be of 380V; the necessary power for ignition is 15
Kw.
6- THE LOADING BELT PLUG(380V 16A): A plug of the loading belt has to
be connected to this socket.
7- THE EXTRACTION BELT PLUG (380V 16A): A plug of the extraction
belt has to be connected to this socket.
When the engine of the crusher is stopped, this will
continue to rotate for about two or three minutes due to
the inertia effect of the flywheels. Therefore please pay
particular attention before carrying out any work inside
the mill or the machine and wait until the crusher is
completely still.
Never load the machine without having started
beforehand the mill, because the material would go
inside it obstructing it and thus making the start up
impossible.
