Possible cause
Short-circuit in horizontal circuit
Overload in horizontal circuit
No control signal from the receiver
No control signal from the receiver
Input connections are reversed

Solution
Check the coaxial cable
Reduce the current load by using an additional power unit
e. g. on the already switched on amplifier
Check if the connection from the receiver to the matrix is
short-circuit free

Locally feed inadmissible users (e. g. in-line amplifier)
Check coaxial cable
Set DiSEqC to "Off" in the menu setting of the receiver
