permettono l'accoppiamento con sistemi di distribuzione dell'aria realizzati
mediante tubi flessibili e con altri accessori dedicati. Possono essere installati sia in

aspirazione sia in mandata (in questo caso è consigliabile che il tubo flessibile sia
coibentato).
Si compongono di un pannello rettangolare che deve essere fissato alla macchina o
ad altro accessorio con foratura analoga (es. MAF, MAFO, RE ecc..) provvisto di
collari circolari (Ø 200 mm) che rappresenta il punto di partenza per tubi flessibili del
tipo comunemente utilizzato negli impianti di distribuzione.

L'installazione dell'accessorio è schematizzata nella figura (2) (utilizzare le viti
autofilettanti fornite in kit).
In aspirazione, il pannello PCOF può essere montato sia in linea (configurazione AA)

sia a 90° rispetto alla macchina (configurazione AB). In quest'ultimo caso è
necessario spostare il pannello di chiusura anteriore inferiore, agendo sulle 6 viti che
lo fissano alla macchina. Tale pannello andrà poi montato in corrispondenza del
fondo della macchina.
Nel caso si utilizzi una distribuzione dell'aria con tubi flessibili, non è necessario
prevedere giunti antivibranti (tipo GA). E' sempre necessario prevedere l'installazione

di una sezione filtrante, che può essere il modulo MAF o MAFO oppure la cassetta
di aspirazione CAF.
Attenzione: per contenere le perdite di carico è consigliabile non utilizzare un numero
di condotti circolare inferiore a quello determinato dall'accessorio PCOF relativo alla
taglia di ciascuna macchina.
Utilizzare preferibilmente tale accessorio in accoppiamento con le cassette di
aspirazione e di mandata appositamente realizzate.
Manufactured in galvanised sheet steel, the PCOF connection panels are

used to connect to air distribution plants achieved by means of hoses or to
other dedicated accessories. They can be installed on both the intake and delivery
line (in this case the hose should be insulated).
They are made up of a rectangular panel that is to be secured to the machine or to
another accessory with similar drilling (i.e. MAF, MAFO, RE etc..) complete with
circular collars (Ø 200 mm) that represent the starting point for the hoses of the type
commonly used in distribution plants.
The sizes of the panels and the number of circular collars are illustrated in table (1).
The installation diagram of the accessory is illustrated in fig. (2) (use the self-
tapping screws supplied in the kit).
For the intake line, the PCOF panel can be installed both in line (configuration AA)
and at 90° compared to the machine (configuration AB). In the second case the
bottom front enclosing panel is to be moved by unscrewing the 6 screws that secure
it to the machine. This panel will then be fitted at the bottom of the machine
If an air distribution system with hoses is used, there is no need to install vibration
damper joints (type GA). A filtering section is still to be installed that may be the
MAF or MAFO module or the CAF intake box.
Warning: To restrict load losses it is advisable not to use a smaller number of
circular ducts than that determined by the PCOF accessory relative to the size of
each machine.
It is preferable to use this accessory in combination with the especially designed
intake and delivery boxes.

Les panneaux PCOF, réalisés en tôle d'acier galvanisée, permettent la

connexion à des systèmes de distribution de l'air obtenus par des tuyaux
flexibles et à d'autres accessoires spécialement désignés. Ces panneaux peuvent
être installés aussi bien pour l'aspiration que pour le refoulement (dans ce dernier
cas, il est préférable que le tuyaux flexible soit isolé).
Ils se composent d'un panneau rectangulaire qu'il faut fixer à la machine ou à un
autre accessoire, pourvu d'un perçage similaire (par exemple MAF, MAFO, RE etc..)
et de bagues circulaires (Ø 200 mm), qui représente le point de départ pour les
tuyaux flexibles du genre normalement utilisé dans les installations de distribution.
Les dimensions des panneaux et le nombre de bagues circulaires sont indiqués dans
le tableau (1)
L'installation de l'accessoire est décrite dans le schéma, figure (2) (utiliser les vis
taraudeuses fournies dans le kit).
Pour l'aspiration, le panneau PCOF peut être monté aussi bien en ligne (configuration
AA) qu'à 90° par rapport à la machine (configuration AB). Dans ce dernier cas, il
faut déplacer le panneau de fermeture avant et inférieur, en agissant sur les 6 vis qui
fixent celui-ci à la machine. Ensuite, il faudra monter le panneau au niveau du fond
de la machine.
En cas de distribution de l'air par des tuyaux flexibles, il ne faut pas prévoir de joints
antivibratoires (type GA). Il faut toujours prévoir l'installation d'une section filtrante,
à savoir le module MAF ou MAFO ou encore la boîte d'aspiration CAF.
Attention: pour contenir les pertes de charge, il est recommandé de ne pas utiliser
un nombre de conduits circulaires inférieur à celui qui est établi par l'accessoire
PCOF relatif à la taille de chaque machine.
Il est préférable d'utiliser cet accessoire avec les boîtes d'aspiration et de refoulement
spécialement réalisées à cet effet.

Zubehör. Sie können sowohl auf der Einzugs- als auch auf der Ausblasseite montiert
werden (in diesem Fall sollte der Schlauch isoliert sein).
Sie bestehen aus einer rechteckigen Platte, die am Gerät oder einem anderen
Zubehörteil mit gleichem Loch (wie z.B. MAF, MAFO, RE usw.) befestigt werden
muss, sowie Muffenverbindungen (Ø 200 mm), die den Ausgangspunkt für die
normalerweise in Verteileranlagen verwendeten Schläuche darstellen.
Die Abmessungen der Platten und die Anzahl Muffenverbindungen sind in der Tabelle
(1) aufgeführt.
Die Installation ist in der Abbildung (2) dargestellt (verwenden Sie die im Set
mitgelieferten selbstschneidenden Schrauben).
Im Einzug kann die Platte PCOF sowohl horizontal (Konfiguration AA) als auch 90°
zum Gerät (Konfiguration AB) montiert werden. In letzterem Fall muss die vordere,
untere Verschlussplatte nach Ausdrehen der 6 Befestigungsschrauben am Gerät
versetzt werden. Diese Platte muss dann an der Geräteunterseite montiert werden.
Wird eine Luf tver teilung mit Schlauchsystem verwendet, müssen keine
schwingungsdämpfenden Verbindungsteile (Typ GA) vorgesehen werden. In jedem
Fall muss jedoch ein Filter installiert werden, z.B. das Modul MAF oder MAFO, oder
der Lufteinzugskasten CAF.
Achtung: Um Leistungsabfälle in Grenzen zu halten empfiehlt es sich, nicht weniger
runde Leitungen zu verwenden als für das Zubehörteil PCOF für jede Gerätegröße
vorgesehen ist.
Dieses Zubehörteil sollte am besten zusammen mit den Sonderausführungen der
Einzugs- und Ausblaskästen verwendet werden.
