2. ASSEMBLY and OPERATION

Assembly and operation of this system is very easy.
Make sure all the components are turned off before you connect them.
Connect the two satellites with the provided cables to the sockets
marked as output L, R on the subwoofers rear panel.
Connect the wired remote to the terminal on the backside of the
subwoofer marked as control.
Now connect the socket input on the subwoofers back to the
appropriate stereo sound source, using the provided cables.
Switching on/standby as well as volume control of your sound
system can be done via the remote control.
Adjust the BASS level by the control on the subwoofers rear panel.
The line socket on the front of the remote control unit is for quick
connection of another stereo source, e.g. a MP3-Player. This socket
overrides the input coming from the connection on the subwoofers
rear panel. Therefore, as long as the source plug is plugged-in
to the remote control's line socket, the source connected to the
subwoofers input terminal is muted. Once you release the plug
from the line terminal, you can listen to the source connected to the
subwoofers input again.
The headphones socket at the remote control front side is for easy
connection of headphones. The speakers of your CMP-SP29 will be
muted as long as the headphones are connected.
