20. Remove all screws from the upper enclosure lid (hex socket, AF 4).
21. Pull the upper enclosure lid forward to remove it.

Damage to the inverter due to electrostatic discharge
Touching electronic components can cause damage to or destroy the inverter through
electrostatic discharge.
• Ground yourself before touching any component.
23. Discharge the DC link in the following order. For this purpose use, for example, a 2-pole
voltage detector that does not have its own voltage source.
• Contact point DC+ and contact point DC- to
0 V
• Contact point DC+ and contact point
grounding conductor (PE) to 0 V
(threaded hole for 1 lid screw)
• Contact point DC- and contact point grounding conductor (PE) to 0 V
(threaded hole for 1 lid screw)
