Do not connect a load. Charge the battery
voltage
for 8 hours or replace the battery.

Connect loop though power cable
Connect AC power cable
UPS is being charged
Recommend to charge 8 hours before using
battery power!
Connect serial cable or USB cable
(you need to be administrator for USB detection)
Turn on UPS
