10. Assembly Instructions
Warning!
Use the fitting only with the grit filters specified.
Failure to observe can result in an increased bacterial load in drinking water and
cause a health risk or even risk of death.

Important!
Before installing, flush the pipes in compliance with DIN 1988.

Do not shorten the connector hoses located at the fitting.
☞
Connect the fitting only to the original plug-in power supply. Connect the plug-in
power supply only to a socket carrying 230 V/50 Hz.
10.1 Install the fitting (a) on the washbasin (b).

The corner valve (c) must be provided by the customer.
10.2 Screw the connecting hose (d) on to the corner valve.
10.3 Insert the plug-in power supply into the socket.
10.4 Connect the line between the fitting and the power supply.
11. Function
11.1 Allow your hand to approach the sensor.
• Water flows.
11.2 Remove your hand from the sensor.
• Water flow stops automatically after a set flow duration.

The range of the sensor and the flow duration can be adjusted with the optional
remote control (FAR Order No. 2000101087).

Important!
Reflecting surfaces can influence the sensor. There is a risk of having permanent
reflections. ((see
"Auto-flush" function
Caution!
When the "Auto flush" function is used, the flow of water must be ensured.
• The "Auto-flush" function ensures that forced flushing takes place to exchange the
water in the tap lines after 24 or 72 hours of non-use.
• The "Auto-flush" function can only be switched on with the optional remote control
(FAR-Order-No. 2000101087).
• This function is switched off at the factory.
