Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it

battery pack from the power tool before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power

Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and
do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or

Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or bind-
ing of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other

Battery tool use and care
Recharge only with the charger specified by the manu-
facturer. A c h a r g e r t h a t i s s u i t a b l e f o r o n e t y p e o f b a t t e r y
p a c k m a y c r e a t e a r i s k o f f i r e w h e n u s e d w i t h a n o t h e r b a t -
t e r y p a c k .
Use power tools only with specifically designated bat-
tery packs. U s e o f a n y o t h e r b a t t e r y p a c k s m a y c r e a t e a
r i s k o f i n j u r y a n d f i r e .
When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from oth-
er metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails,
screws or other small metal objects, that can make a
connection from one terminal to another. S h o r t i n g t h e
b a t t e r y t e r m i n a l s t o g e t h e r m a y c a u s e b u r n s o r a f i r e .
Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from
the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally oc-
curs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, addition-
ally seek medical help. L i q u i d e j e c t e d f r o m t h e b a t t e r y
m a y c a u s e i r r i t a t i o n o r b u r n s .
Service
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair per-
son using only identical replacement parts. T h i s w i l l e n -

Hedge trimmer safety warnings

Keep all parts of the body away from the cutter blade.
Do not remove cut material nor hold material to be cut
when blades are moving. Make sure the switch is off

Carry the hedge trimmer by the handle with the cutter
blade stopped. When transporting or storing the hedge
trimmer always fit the cutting device cover. P r o p e r h a n -
