Turn bracket around to access
opposite edge of hinges.
Attach brackets to crossbars.
• Position brackets to the width of the boat.
• Wider boats may require brackets outside towers.
Load the boat onto
the brackets.

Remove roundbar flaps:
• Bend flaps to
access the hinges.
If you have
• Clip as far as
square bars,
possible with
LOAD LIMIT
scissor tips.
80 LBS.
• Clip both hinges.
• Clip again with scissor tips.
Center the boat
over the racks.
Detach roundbar flaps.
• Twist using force to detach the hinges.
• Discard both hinges.
Install bolts, washers, lock washers, and hex keys.
Bolt heads must be flush with bracket bodies.
Tighten each
hex key
completely!
