Turns LEDs on/off

Activates/Deactivates Strobe Modes
Activates Par and Moonflower Color Fade
Sets Pars and Moonflowers to Red
Sets Pars and Moonflowers to Green
Sets Pars and Moonflowers to Blue
Sets Pars and Moonflowers to Yellow (Red + Green)
Sets Pars and Moonflowers to Purple (Red + Blue)
Sets Pars and Moonflowers to White (Red + Green + Blue)
Increases program speed or selected value
Decreases program speed or selected value
