BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Before using for the first time, wash and dry all the
parts that will come into contact with the food.
- Wipe the body of the appliance down with a
damp cloth.

HOW TO USE

1 – Place the collector (A), the filter (B), the lid
(C) and the pulp container (D) in position
(figure 1).
2 – Lock the clip E (figure 2).
3 – Cut the fruit into chunks and place a recipient
or the foam separator (depending on the
model) under the spout.
4 – Plug the appliance in and set the switch (I) to 1.
5a – For model BKA1: 1 single speed for all kinds of
fruit and vegetable, hard or soft.
5b – For model BKA3: choose the speed using the
speed selector (J) :

PRACTICAL ADVICE

- Peel thick-skinned fruit, remove stones and pips
and remove the central core of pineapples.
- It is impossible to extract the juice from certain
fruits and vegetables: eg bananas, avocado...
- Grapes, quinces or redcurrants: for a better
yield, clean the filter every 300 grams.
- Drink the juice quickly after you have made it
and add a little lemon juice if you wish to
conserve it for a few hours.

- All the other parts can be washed in the upper
basket of a dishwasher.
