Problem
Loss of Power 1. Cutting too much grass/too fast.

Solution
1. Set in "Higher Cut" position/reduce speed.
2. Adjust throttle control.
3. Clean underside of mower housing.
4. Clean/replace air filter.
5. Check oil level/change oil.
6. Clean and re-gap or change spark plug.
7. Replace fuel filter.
8. Drain fuel tank and refill with fresh
gasoline.
9. Drain fuel tank and carburetor, refill tank
with fresh gasoline and replace fuel filter.
10. Connect and tighten spark plug wire.
11. Clean engine air screen / fins.
12. Clean/replace muffler.
13. Check all wiring.
14. See "To Adjust Carburetor" in Service
Adjustments section.
15. Contact TRAPP nearest authorized service
center.
16. Set free wheel control in "engaged"
position.
17. Replace motion drive belt.
18. Purge transmission.
19. Check the "CLEANING" item in the
Maintenance section of this manual.
20. Replace the transmission belt.
1. Replace blade. Tighten blade bolt.
2. Contact TRAPP nearest authorized service
center.
3. Tighten loose part(s). Replace damaged
parts.
1. Turn ignition key to ROS "On" position.

1. Check wiring, switches and connections.
If not corrected, contact an authorized
service center/ department.
