6 Guarantee

5.2 Switching-On
After switching on, the module starts in offline
mode, expects the parameterization telegram
and following successful parameterization,
the configuration telegram. Following suc-
cessful configuration, the mo-dule switches
into online mode and is ready for data inter-
change.
If the module does not switch to online mode,
an error has been made during para-meteri-
zation or configuration. The error can be eva-
luated via standard diagnostic requirements
by the Profibus-Master.
Further PDP errors can be read out with the
BS300 Operating System.
5.3 Master Data (RB000134.GSD)
The required master data files are necessary
for projecting included on the diskette. In the
case of loss or damage this can be retrieved
from the Internet at the following address:
http://www.profibus.com

6 Guarantee
We grant a 1-year-warranty for Rexroth ma-
chines (invoice or delivery note serves as
proof).
Damage attributable to normal wear and tear,
overload or improper handling will be exclu-
ded from the guarantee.

Complaints and repairs

For complaints and repairs that require disas-
sembly, please send the interface module fully
assembled to the supplier or our customer
service workshop in Murrhardt, Germany.
Complaints and repairs cannot be acknow-
ledged if this procedure is not followed.
