Safety Information
4. Replace the Inlet Cap (A)
• Clean / Wipe the top edge of the canister to ensure a good
seal when the inlet cap is attached.
• Replace the inlet cap (A) on the canister (C) and rotate
clockwise approximately 1 full turn until snug.
HEPA filter change
See figure 7
If this vacuum is used to collect hazardous material, appro-
priate personal protective equipment may be required. The
HEPA Filter (A) should be replaced if damaged or when dust
accumulation on the HEPA filter degrades vacuum perfor-
mance.
1. Safe the Vacuum
• Disconnect the compressed air source from the vacuum.
• Disconnect the vacuum hose.
2. Unbox a new HEPA filter (A)
• Remove the HEPA timer card from the box and set aside.
• Remove the HEPA filter (A) from the box and unwrap.
3. Remove the Inlet Cap (C)
• Hold the vacuum canister (F) and rotate the inlet cap (C)
counterclockwise approximately 1 full turn.
• Remove the cap from the canister.
4. Remove the HEPA filter (A) with Pre-Filter from the
Inlet cap
• Hold the Inlet Cap (C) in your left hand.
• Grasp the bottom of the HEPA filter (A) with your right
hand and turn counter clockwise approximately 3 full turns.
• Remove the HEPA filter (A) and Pre-Filter (B).
• Dispose of the HEPA filter (A) and Pre-Filter (B) according
to your company policy
5. Install a new HEPA filter (A)
• Hold the Inlet Cap (C) in your left hand.
• Grasp the bottom of the HEPA filter with your right hand
and turn clockwise approximately 3 full turns .
• Tighten the HEPA filter (A) until it hard stops Optional.
• Using a 3/4 inch 6 point socket and torque wrench ensure
the filter is tightened to 46 in/lbs of torque.
6. Install a new Pre-Filter on the HEPA filter (A)
• Lay the inlet cap (C) assembly upside down on a work sur-
face.
• Stretch a new Pre-Filter (B) over the HEPA filter (A).
• Pull the Pre-Filter on to the HEPA filter(A) until the entire
HEPA filter is covered.
• Ensure the Pre-Filter elastic is touching the bottom of the
inlet cap (C).
• Ensure the Pre-Filter elastic is NOT seated between the
HEPA filter gasket and the bottom of the inlet cap (C).
7. Replace the inlet cap (C)
• Clean / Wipe the top edge of the canister (E) to ensure a
good seal when the inlet cap is attached.

• Replace the inlet cap (C) on the canister (F) and rotate
clockwise approximately 1 full turn until snug.
8. Activate the HEPA filter timer
• Remove the old HEPA timer card from the top handle of
the vacuum.
• Attach the new HEPA timer card with a zip tie (included)
to the top handle of the vacuum.
• Follow the directions on timer card to activate.
Disposal
• The disposal of this equipment must follow the legisla-
tion of the respective country.
• All damaged, badly worn or improperly functioning de-
vices MUST BE TAKEN OUT OF OPERATION.
Safety information
• A HEPA Filter must be installed in this vacuum at all
times.
• If this vacuum is used to collect hazardous material, ap-
propriate personal protective equipment may be re-
quired.
• Use the device uniquely in work situations for which it
was designed and built.
• Never leave the appliance unattended during working
phases. Do not leave the appliance unattended and
poised or stairs, or in places where the balance is poor.
• The appliance must be disconnected from its power
source during cleaning or maintenance and when replac-
ing spare parts.
• Do not start the machine in case of suspected failure.
• Do not leave the operating unit unattended or within
reach of children, animals, or people are not aware of
their actions.
• Do not use the device in all situations of uncertainty or
abnormalities usually, though not mentioned in this man-
ual.
Any alteration to this equipment by a third party will nullify
its warranty.
