8. Carefully place basket in fryer.
9. When frying is done, remove lid,
raise basket and hook over remov-
able oil pot to drain.
NOTE: When removing lid and
while off–do not allow condensation
to drain into oil pot.

lined with paper towel. Fill and

11. Set power switch to OFF/O and
unplug appliance after use.

The Ready to Cook Light may go out
after frying a batch of food. When the
oil has reached the selected tempera-
ture, the Ready to Cook Light will
come back on. The unit is now ready
to fry the next batch of food.
