Operation
The temperature in the refrigerator and freezer compartment is controlled by the
temperature controller installed on the inside wall of the refrigerator compartment.
We strongly recommend that you use a freezer thermostat before filling the freezer
compartment to ensure that the temperature is below -18°C. The temperature in the
refrigerator and freezer compartment is controlled by the temperature regulator installed
on the inside wall of the refrigerator compartment. This may take 2-3 hours.
The marks on the controller are the temperature levels. If the controller is set to [off], the
refrigerator is off. 7] Is the lowest temperature level.
First set the controller to position [4]. Use a suitable thermometer
to check the temperature after two hours. The temperature of the
refrigerator should be set between +2°C and +5°C. The temperature
of the refrigerator should be set between +2°C and +5°C. The
temperature in the freezer should be between -18°C and -25°C. The
temperature in the refrigerator should be between -18°C and -25°C.
To lower the temperature in the refrigerator, turn the knob to [7] and
check the temperature again after one hour.
Note: the fridge/freezer may not operate at the correct temperature if it is in a
particularly hot or cold room or if you open the fridge/freezer door too often.
Quick freezing
Rapid freezing causes moisture in food to form fine ice crystals, which prevent the cell
membrane from being damaged and the cytoplasm from being lost during thawing, so
that the original freshness and nutrient content of food is retained.
Fresh food and fish that are to be stored for long periods of time must be cooled quickly.
For quick freezing, turn the temperature control to the setting [7] before adding food.
After freezing, turn the knob back to the home position.
Note: do not leave the controller at level [7] for more than 4 hours.
