Attaching the fan blades
IMPORTANT: Remove the rubber stopper on the black plate
below the motor in order to attach the blade assembly to
the motor. Replace the rubber stopper to prevent water from
entering the switch housing and to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock, or other personal injury.

Attach a blade (G) to a blade bracket (H) by inserting screws
(AA) through the holes in the blade and into the blade bracket.
Note that the rubber washers are preattached to the blade
bracket.
□
Tighten each screw securely.
□
Repeat these steps for each blade (G) and blade bracket (H).

Attaching the light kit
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of electric shock, disconnect
the electrical supply circuit to the fan before installing the
light kit.
□
Remove the four screws (SS) on the switch cup of the fan
motor assembly (D).
□
Connect the wires exiting the bottom of the switch cup with
the light kit fitter assembly (E) by connecting the molded
adaptor connectors (TT) together.
□
Mount the light kit fitter assembly (E) to the switch cup of the
fan motor assembly (D) by aligning the four screw holes and
securing with four mounting screws (SS) that were removed in
the first step.
□
Route the pull chains (FF) from the switch cup through the
holes in the pull chains guide of the light kit fitter assembly
(E).

Fastening the blade assemblies to
the motor
□
Fasten the blade assembly to the fan motor assembly (D) by
inserting the alignment post into the slot on the bottom of the
motor and tightening the blade bracket (H) screws. The blade
bracket screws are pre-installed into the blade bracket (H).
□
Repeat this step for the remaining blade assemblies.
