1. Getting Started

Getting to know your Band
Check that the box contents are complete. The box should contain 1 Band, 1 charging cradle, 1 charging cable, and 1
user guide.
Activating your Band
To activate your Band, charge it by connecting the charging cradle to a phone charger,
smart socket, or the USB port on the computer. Attach your Band firmly to the metal
contacts on the charging cradle until the following icon appears.
You do not need to turn you Band on or off. Charge the battery the first time you
use the Band.
The battery icon will blink if the battery level is low. Charge your Band promptly.
Wearing your Band
To achieve more accurate heart rate readings, attach your Band firmly to
your wrist at a distance of 2 cm to 3 cm from the wrist bone.
