• Plug one RJ12 connector of the telephone
cable into the socket on the board.
• Plug the other RJ12 connector of the
modem cable into the appropriate adapter
and into the telephone socket.
The lead can be lengthened using standard
extension cables.
For ISDN connections you need a terminal
adapter. On analogue connections, a fax
switch may not be used.
In the standard configuration, the
vrnetDIALOG 820f takes the call after the
third ring.
• Ask the owner before you configure this
setting.

• Press down the catch on the bottom of the
box, using a screwdriver if necessary.
• Pull the lid forward.
