'E 01' is on display.
• Press the KEEP WARM button. If 'E 01' is still on the display, contact our Customer
Care Center.
'E 02' or 'E 03' is on display.
• Turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise. If 'E 02' or 'E03' is still on the display,
contact our Customer Care Center.
'E 07' is on display.
• Press the START/STOP button. If 'E 07' is still on the display, contact our Customer
Care Center.
'E 08' is on display.
• Press the KEEP WARM and START/STOP buttons simultaneously and turn the knob
clockwise or counterclockwise. If 'E 08' is still on the display, contact our Customer
Care Center.
'FIL H2O' is on display.
• Fill the vessel with water and place the vessel back on the base. Press the START/
STOP button to begin heating.
NOTES:
• If water overflows from the vessel spout during heating, too much water was
added to the vessel. The MAX level is 50 oz. (1.5 liter).
• If the lid falls off of the vessel when pouring, the seal is not in place. Ensure the
lower seal is properly installed in the lid before each use.
