Each sensor can also be used as a receiver only, to perform triangulation measurements between two
sensors. This technique ensures more accurate detection in the presence of small obstacles and in
situations involving critical reflections. The maximum detectable distance and sensibility of each
sensor can be adjusted via software within technical and physical limits as a function of sensor
location in the bumper.
