JACK INSTALLATION
Parts List:
2 - 330008 Top Crank Jacks
1 - 650235 Side Crank Jack

the outriggers and the jacks (C, Figure 2) are clean and unob-
structed.
2. Mate the top crank jacks to the mounting plates and secure
with the snap rings (D, Figure 2). Ensure that the snap rings
are fully seated in the locating groove (B, Figure 1). See
Figure 3 for completed assembly.
3. Repeat for the side crank jack, installing it to the mounting

NOTE: An overhead hoist is required for tower installation.
1. Mount eye bolts (A, Figure 6) in the center hole of the Nycoil
bracket (B) on both sides of the tower. Drop hoist chains
between the tower and the Nycoil (C) and attach to the eye
bolts.
2. Using the hoist, lift the tower (D, Figure 7) over the unit.
Slowly lower the tower into position making sure the tower
does not catch on the electrical cords inside the unit. Also
see Figures 8 and 9.
3. When fully lowered, the mounting flange on the front of the
tower (E, Figure 10) will mate to the flange (F) on the unit
stringer. The tower base (G, Figure 11) will rest in the mount-
ing bracket on the floor of the unit. The pin (not shown) in the
center of the base mounting bracket will locate the base of
the tower.
4. Install the tower mount bracket (H, Figure 12) with flat wash-

base of the tower.
6. Install the 5/16-18 x ¾ self tapping screw (L, Figure 15) in the
flange on the pump bracket. Also, ensure the mounting bolts
(M, Figure 16) on top of the pump bracket are tight.
7. Connect the hose from the hydraulic pump (N, Figure 17)
to the Quick Disconnect nipple at the base of the hydraulic
cylinder (O).
8. Route the power cord from the tower lights (P, Figure 18)
through opening beside the hydraulic cylinder. Route the
electric cord up through the bottom of the control box (Figure
19) using the open cord grip. Pull the cord into the control box
until the stripped edge of the cord is about 25mm from the
top of the box. Using the wiring schematic 106337 attach the
wires using the ground bolt and the supplied wire locks.
9. Close both sides of the control box. Secure the face plates
using 3 10-24 x ½ pan head screws and 10-24 keps nuts.
See Figure 20.
