4.- MANUAL MOBILE FENCE
This fence allows the operator to settle perfectly the slab to cut, to move the fence
unscrew the handle (fig.18-N) and rotate the handwheel (fig.18-M) from under the
worktable. You read the cutting size on the display (fig.18-O) behind the handwheel.
To bring the display to "zero" or input other numbers, see instructions.
NOTE: In case the path of the fence is not sufficient, it is possible adjusting the position
of the fence by using the lever (fig.18-S), in this case you have a new path for the fence
outer of worktable.
If you need to cut or move slabs very big, you may unscrew the two levers (fig.18-S) and
remove the horizontal part of the fence remains under the level of the work table of the
machine without creating any hindrance.

F. MAINTENANCE
1.- MAINTENANCE PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
WARNING
•
Before starting any maintenance operations disconnected the electrical
power supply by setting the main switch to position O, then locking it in
place. (fig.19)
•
Never use petrol, solvents or other inflammable liquids to clean the
machine.
•
All operations not specifically referred to in this manual must be carried
out by specialized personnel.
•
Always wear approved safety clothing and individual protection
equipment, gloves and safety overalls suitable for the grease used in
maintenance operations, and a protective breathing mask.
•
To safeguard the environment, all waste oil containers and
contaminated materials must be disposed of in compliance with
applicable regulations for waste disposal and recycling.

2.- ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Dust form processing operations must NOT be removed with blasts of compresses air.
This creates a dusty atmosphere that is dangerous for eyes and respiratory tracts. Use
suitable industrial vacuum cleaners.
EVERY DAY:
Clean away dust from the machine, particularly in the following areas. (fig.20)
- Floor around machine.
- Worktable (2).
- Carriage movement rail (5).

- Water tank .
- Clean the tank and the metal filter for suction water pump.
EVERY MONTH:
Use a soft paint brush or cloth to dust the chain screw 6 (fig. 16) for the horizontal
movement.
Grease carriage vertical adjustment screw 1 (fig.20) using a brush with soft bristles.
Use: "Cartergresase 400W" grease or similar.
EVERY SIX MONTHS:
Grease sliding guides by two proper greasers using a manual grease gun 6 (fig.20).
Use: "Cartergrease 400W" grease or similar.
