Installation and operation

4.1

General advice

The equipment must be set up directly behind an approved
micro-filter before the distribution aggregate or any other
place providing a possible connection to the piping and
sewage systems.Cold and hot water pipes are flushed
separately.
1. A DIN-DVGW approved micro-filter must be fitted in
front of the cleaning compressor.
Mind the flow direction of the cleaning compressor!

The water heater and/or secondary water treatment equipment is to bypass.
3. Precision equipment may not be installed before the flushing process (single lever mixer,
corner valves, etc.). Follow manufacturer's instructions for existing concealed fittings.

Fit drainage hoses to the outlet fittings in a way that they are not buckling. Furthermore,
hoses must lead and be attached to a large enough drain (pressure impact).
5. The maximum length of a train of flushing pipes should not exceed 100m.
6. Connect the appliance to the main supplies (follow VDE regulations).

Open the water supply.
8. Fill pressure tank by pressing the 'ON/OFF' key. Once 8 bar is reached, the compressor
switches off.
After compressed air is removed, the compressor will automatically restart at a pressure
of 5,5 bar. When filling the pressure tank while the compressor is running, do not pull
the plug.
Should the filling process be disrupted by a power cut, the device can not be switched on
for about 30 sec. During this time the pressure at the compressor vented independently,
so that the engine starts again.
Once the pressure pipe is closed again, push the 'ON/OFF' key and fill the pressure tank.
