PROBABLE CAUSE
– the battery is reaching the overvoltage
threshold
– Engine lubrication problems.
– Machine requirements are not met
– time out is happened
– Sensor malfunctioning
– driving is not performed safely
– low tyre pressure
– non-calibrated tilting sensor
– problems with the electronic circuit board
– badly connected device
– device not connected
– USB cable failure
– USB port temperature too high
– insufficiently charged battery
– battery voltage too high
– regulator disconnected
– Regulator or electronic circuit board fault
– engine RPM signal disconnected
– engine or electronic circuit board fault
– low battery voltage
– The temperature of the electronic device
inside the headlight assembly is too high.
– connector disconnected

SOLUTION
– Turn immediately the ignition key to the «OFF» position;
– Disconnect the battery;
– Contact your dealer.
Turn immediately the ignition key to the «OFF» position.
– oil top up ( 5.3.3)

– Contact your dealer
– Driving without sudden movements; starting, stopping and
steering
– check the tyre pressures
– contact your dealer
– contact your dealer
Turn the ignition key to «OFF» position and look for the cause
of the problem:
– Check the device connection
– Check the device connection
– use another USB cable
– wait for the port to cool down and try again
– Check the battery voltage and charging system.
– check the battery voltage on the display and wait for the volt-
age value to drop below 12.7V. Then try again
– Check the connection of the regulator
– Check the battery voltage with the engine on
If the voltage value is below 12.7V, the fault is with the regu-
lator. If the voltage value is above 12.7V, the fault is with
eletronic board
– Check the connection of the engine RPM signal.
– Check the numerical value and the graphic engine RPM indi-
cator on the display with the engine running.
If the numeric value and the graphic indicator are displayed,
the fault may be with the electronic circuit board. If both are
not displayed, the fault is in the engine.
Turn the ignition key to «OFF» position and look for the cause
of the problem:
– check the battery voltage and charging system.
– wait a short time Then, restart
Turn the ignition key to «OFF» position and look for the cause
of the problem:
– check connections and cables
– contact your dealer
