The earpiece of the hearing amplifier does not fit in the
ear correctly, which may cause unpleasant whistling
sounds (acoustic feedback) and reduced function. This
can be prevented as follows:
• Lower the volume.
• Switch the device to the other ear, although using
the device in the specified ear is recommended
whenever possible. Contact Customer Service with any
questions.
• Make sure the microphone is not obscured by your ear
or hair, as this may increase the acoustic feedback.
