ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all
the plastic packing material is removed before assembling
Find a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list
and assembly diagrams as necessary.
Griddle assembly involves large components; therefore,
two people assemble the unit.
STEP 0 1
Attach the left and right legs to the bottom tray with four (4) M6X12 screws.
STEP 0 2
Turn the assembled legs and tray upside down and screw on the four (4) lock-
able caster wheels. Be sure that the wheels are locked before attaching them.

TOOLS NEEDED: Phillips Head
Screwdriver & Adjustable Wrench
Before proceeding, loosen all eight
(8) screws on the griddle body
assembly one (1) turn.
