3.3 Use:
3.3.1. Place the air fryer on a heat resistant surface.
3.3.2. Remove the fryer basket from the basket holder/
drawer
by placing one hand on top of the air fryer. Grip
the handle with your other hand and gently pull the
basket holder/drawer out.
3.3.3. Place the basket holder/drawer on a flat, heat
resistant surface.
3.3.4. To remove the fryer basket from the basket holder/
drawer,
push the basket open button protection/cover forward and
hold the basket open button in. Lift the fryer basket out
of the basket holder/drawer.
3.3.5. Add your desired food to the fryer basket (keep the
MAX mark
in mind)
3.3.6. Leave enough spaces between food for hot air
to circulate.
3.3.7. Put the fryer basket back inside the basket holder/
drawer
by slotting the handle into the receiver until you hear
it click into place.
3.3.8. Insert the basket holder/drawer back into the air fryer
unit. NOTE: never use the drawer without the fryer basket
inside it.
3.3.9. Insert the plug into the wall socket and turn
the power socket on.
3.3.10. Press the ON button on the control panel, the
control panel will light up.
3.3.11. The control panel will display the pre-set function of
15 minutes and 180 degrees.
3.3.12. You can change the temperature and the time by
using the +/- symbols.
3.3.13. the air fryer has 9 pre-set functions. To select a
function, press the menu button.
3.3.14. This will allow you to move between the pre-set
functions.
3.3.15. If you wish, you are also able to adjust the time and
temperature of the pre-set functions.
3.3.16. Once you have selected your desired cooking func-
tion, press the start button to start the heating process.
3.3.17. you will note that the operation indicator light will
illuminate.
3.3.18. if you wait for 5 seconds on a menu function, the
device will start cooking.
3.3.19. To change any settings during the cooking process,
first press the pause button, modify your cooking setting
and then resume.
3.3.20. NOTE: During the cooking phase, you can press the
pause button to stop the appliance, the timer will also stop
and display whatever time remains. Press this button again
to resume the cooking phase.
3.3.21. The fryer will beep when the cooking time has
elapsed.
3.3.22. Remove the basket from the air fryer by
placing one hand on top of the air fryer. Grip the
handle with your other hand and gently pull the
basket holder out. When you remove the basket holder/
drawer form the air fryer unit, the air fryer will switch off
automatically.
3.3.23. Place the basket holder on a flat, heat resistant
surface. If the food is not cooked to your requirement, it
can simply be placed back into the air fryer and you can
adjust your additional cooking time.
3.3.24. To remove the basket from the basket holder,
push the basket release button cover forward and
hold the basket release button in. Lift the basket out
of the basket holder (Figure 1). NOTE: never handle the air
fryer drawer of fryer basket with your naked hand, as this
could cause serious burns, always use the air fryer handle
to remove and insert the drawer assembly. CAUTION: both
the pan and the basket, as well as the food, will be VERY
hot.
3.3.25. Empty food into your desired serving dish.
3.3.26. Turn off the power socket and remove the
plug from the wall socket.
3.4 Once you have finished using the appliance:
3.4.1. Allow appliance to cool down.
3.4.2. Unplug the appliance from the mains power
supply.
3.4.3. Clean the appliance as described in the cleaning
section.
4. Cleaning
4.1. Disconnect the appliance from the mains power
supply and allow it to cool completely before undertaking
any cleaning task.
4.2. Remove the fryer basket as described above,
and use hot soapy water to clean it.
4.3. Clean the outer parts of the appliance with a
damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid
and then dry. CAUTION! Do not immerse electrical
parts of the appliance in any liquid.
4.4. Clean the basket holder with a damp cloth, do
not submerge it in water.
4.5. Do not use solvents, or products with an acid
or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for
cleaning the appliance.
4.6. Never submerge the appliance in water or any
other liquid or place it under running water.
4.6.7. Allow all parts to dry completely before re-assem-
bling the air fryer.
4.6.8. It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and
remove any food remains.
4.6.9. If the appliance is not kept clean, its surface may
deteriorate, which will inevitably shorten the appliance's
useful life, as well as making it unsafe to use.
4.6.10. None of the parts on this appliance are suitable for
the dishwasher
