2. WATER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS

Gently separate hot and cold Supply Tubes (5A),
approximately 7 cm (3 inches) apart. Connect your
existing water supply lines (5C) to Faucet Inlets (5B).
(Supply lines and fittings are not included.)
3. ATTACHING THE BASE
ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the Inlet Assembly from the top of the Pre-Filter Cartridge by turning
counter clockwise, then, remove the Pre-Filter from the Main Filter.
b. Install two new, high quality, AA batteries (not included) in the Filter Base. Insert the
Data Cable into the Data Cable Port on the underside of the base.

*IMPORTANT: When the batteries are installed, the replacement lights will fire a test
sequence. If all lights do not light, you may have a broken wire on installation. Contact
Rena Ware Customer Service if this occurs.
