Read this operating manual through carefully, observing all the information contained
regarding handling and using the laminator. Keep the operating manual close by for future
reference.
Intended Use
The laminator has been conceived to complete hot lamination using hot laminating pouches and
cold lamination using cold laminating pouches with a pouch thickness of 75 - 125 micron. The
total thickness of the documents to be laminated (photos, pictures, cards, paper etc.) may be
maximally 0.5 mm.
The laminator is only intended for private use in closed, indoor rooms. Unauthorised modifications
or alterations are not permitted. Never open the laminator yourself or attempt to perform repairs
yourself. Repairs may only be carried out by properly trained specialists.
Any other use is considered unintended use. Unauthorised modifications or reconstructions are
not permitted and lead to loss of rights to claims under the terms of guarantee.
Observe the Safety Information
Read and observe all the warnings to protect yourself and the environment from any harm.
Warning!
Risk of injury through electric shock. Improper handling of the laminator can lead to an
electric shock. Ensure that the laminator is set up near an easily accessible power socket
so that the laminator can be disconnected from the power supply in an emergency. Nev-
er take hold of the laminator with wet hands. Avoid any contact with water.
Always unplug the power plug when the device is not being used. Only use the power
cable supplied.

Risk of suffocation through small parts, packaging materials or protective foils. Children
can swallow small parts, packaging materials and protective foils. Keep children away
from the laminator and its packaging materials.
Warning!
Risk of injury through the feed mechanism. Loose items could get caught in the insertion
slot and cause injuries. Keep fingers, hair, scarves, ties, jewellery etc. well away from the
infeed.
Warning!
Risk of tripping due to improperly laid power cable. Lay the power cable in such a way
that nobody can trip over it. Make sure the power plug and cable cannot be damaged.
