MICROPROCESSOR DISPLAY
INFORMATION
During this phase, the microprocessor indicates the presence of
alarms (thermal, fans, humidifier (if applicable), no flow, etc.),
because some circuit breakers are in the OFF position, and some
components are not active.

USER INTERFACE

3.2.1

USER TERMINAL

The user interface comprises:
132x64 pixel backlit LCD display.
6 backlit buttons.
The connection between the microprocessor board and the user terminal involve a 4-pole
telephone cable equipped with RJ11 connector.
The terminal is fed directly from the control board.

START

4.1

MACHINE START-UP

Commissioning must be carried out by a specialist Engineer, in the presence of the Installer
and an experienced Operator.
The specialist Engineer will test the equipment, carrying out checks, calibrations and
commissioning according to the applicable procedures falling under their responsibility.
The experience Operator must address questions to the specialist Engineer in order to
acquire the necessary information to be able to carry out the control and operation activities
that will fall under their responsibility.
4.2
START
1.
Check maintenance clearances and safety distances.
2.
Check and adjust the air flow.
3.
Measure fan absorption by comparing the values with that reported in the technical
bulletin.
4.
Check the SUPPLY VOLTAGE: Check that the mains voltage does not exceed +/-
10% of the machine nominal value.
5.
Check the BALANCING OF THE PHASES: Check that the balance between the
phases does not exceed 2%. Otherwise, contact the electricity distribution company
to solve the problem.

METHOD OF USE

5.1

USE PROVISIONS AND WARNINGS

The day-to-day use of the equipment does not require the presence of the operator, who
must only intervene to carry out regular checks, in case of emergency, or in case of planned
starts and stops.
If these activities are carried out consistently and correctly, good long-term performance of
the machine and the equipment will result.
INFORMATION
Failure to comply with the procedures can cause bad operation of
the machine and the system as a whole, resulting in early
deterioration

DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS

The various controls are shown below, with their descriptions and functions. These controls
are positioned on the electrical panel
DOOR LOCKING SWITCH
Door locking electric switch: opens and closes the power supply circuit.
OFF (0) the machine is not powered.
