• The sensor is the most sensitive part of the thermometer. Work carefully when cleaning the sensor
to avoid product damage. Use a clean cloth or cotton swab moistened with disinfectant, alcohol,
or warm water.
• Do not use any harsh cleaning products.
• Before prolonged storage, remove the batteries.
• Do not use or store the device in excessively high or low temperature or humidity, in direct sunlight,
near an electrical current or in dusty locations.
• To clean the device, use a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. Ensure water does not get into
the device. If the device does get wet, remove the battery immediately and let dry completely
before reuse.
• Never immerse the device in water.
• When storing the device for an extended period, remove the battery.
Disposal
• Observe the local regulations for material disposal. Dispose of the device in accordance with
local regulations.
