LUBRICATION:
Routine and adequate lubrication is an indispensable factor in achieving good performance and
durability in your equipment. We recommend performing periodic inspections and using good
quality lubricants.
LUBRICATION POINTS:
RECOMMENDED OILS
TRANSMISSION GEARBOXES A and B:
Use 150/CLP oil.
First change: after 50 operating hours.
Routine changes: 200 operating hours.
Oil capacity:
- Transmission Gearbox A = 0.5 liter.
- Transmission Gearbox B = 1.0 liter.

ACTUATION CHAINS:
Keep the chains clean. Wash them with kerosene or diesel oil using a paintbrush, whenever
necessary. Then, spray with compressed air or just let it drain off naturally. Apply a light layer of
special oil on the chains, such as MAXLUB ND-03 Bardahl. If available, use a special lubricant for
chains (sprayed grease), as this provides the most efficient type of lubrication for the chain pins and
links. CMTS: Do not use common grease on the chain, as it does not penetrate the links and pins.
DRIVESHAFT (power take-off):
Lubricate the cross pieces and bars using grease, every 8 operating hours:
OTHER LUBRICATION POINTS:
- Wheel bearings.
- Transmission driveshaft C.
- Tandem articulations.
- Rear conveyor belt wheels.
- Other grease fittings.
Lubricate using a lithium based grease, NLGI 2 EP classification, at the grease fittings, every 8
operating hours. Example of grease: LUBRAX LITH-2.
