For smooth ice creams, choose between 30 and 40 minutes, for thick ice creams choose
between 50 and 60 minutes.
Press the POWER button (5), the display will show "60:00". To adjust the time, press the TIMER
button (6) and the time shown will be reduced by 10 minutes each time you press the button.
Press the START/STOP button (7) to begin, the light will turn green and the mixing blade will
begin to rotate. The compressor will start-up 2 minutes into the process, a red light will turn on.
The display alternately shows the temperature of the compressor and the remaining time.
Once the time has finished, the machine will turn off automatically, emitting a BEEP sound
several times. The display will flash "00:00".
Press the POWER button to turn off the machine.
Remove the motor head, turn the transparent lid anticlockwise and remove. Pull on the handle
of the ice cream container until it comes out.
Use the supplied spatula to remove any ice cream remaining in the mixing blade (8), and then
clean the mixing blade with hot water. Pour the ice cream into another container for storage or
to serve immediately. Do not use metal utensils to remove the ice cream as these can
permanently damage the non-stick coating.
If storing long term, let the mixture reach a creamy texture before serving. We recommend not
storing the ice cream at a temperature lower or higher than -30ºC or for more than 2 months.
Be sure to wash all parts that enter into contact with the ice cream correctly.
