shown below to see if you can resolve the problem yourself.

Troubleshooting
Check all the cable connections for damage,
ensure the correct cables have been used and
check that the Bluetooth® connection is active.
Check that all the connected devices have an
adequate electricity supply.
Check the volume setting on the output device.
If necessary, increase the volume.
Change the position of the soundbar to avoid
disruptive external influences.
Move the objects responsible for the distortion
(mobile phone or similar) away from the device.
Check if the subwoofer is connected to the
soundbar and, if necessary, connect the devices
manually.
