SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

WARNING
Never leave food cooking unattended. Never allow cookware to boil dry and
never leave an empty pan unattended on a hot burner.
Keep anything that can catch fire—for example, oven mitts, food packaging,
towels, or curtains—away from your stovetop.
Wear proper clothing and shoes. Avoid dangling sleeves and jewelry.
Never heat fat or oil to the point that it smokes, burns, or turns black.
Never use your cookware in a microwave oven.
WARNING
This cookware is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning use
of the cookware by a person responsible for their safety.
Close supervision is necessary when cookware is used by or near children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
cookware.
Steam can cause burns. When removing lids, position the lid so the steam is
directed away from you.
To prevent spills, do not fill pans more than two-thirds full.
Always use potholders when removing cookware from oven or stovetop.
Always use potholders to touch lid knobs or handles.
Place cookware on stove so handles are not over other burners. Never leave
handles of your cookware sticking out over the edge of the stovetop where
they can be knocked off and cause spills of hot contents.
NOTICE
Read all instructions.
Avoid dragging or scraping pans on glass-top stovetops to avoid scratches
on stovetop.
Never place a hot pan on a cool ceramic/glass stovetop burner. This can fuse
your pan to the stovetop.
Use pans for purpose intended.
No need to use special utensils. Metals, nylon, plastic, or wood can all be
used.
