3.2 Preparation for installation
Basic requirements:
- PVC pipes not less than Ф100mm shall be buried respectively between the control cabinet and the two foundation pits and between two
foundation pits for connection of oil pipes, air pipes and wires.
- Power supply to control cabinet (400V or 230V15A)
- Compressed air intake pipe (Ф8x6mm) to control cabinet

Description:
1) The foundation pit shall be 330mm deep with flat surface, unlevelness not greater than 1.5mm, vertical side walls, and upper edges covered
with 40*40 angle steel.
2) The concrete shall be reinforced with steel, and have a thickness greater than 250mm and a compressive strength not lower than 25MPa. The
grade of the foundation concrete shall be greater than C25.
3) A Ф50mm PVC pipe shall be buried 300mm deep between the two places respectively for the distribution box of the station and the control
cabinet of lift.
