TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom
No function light & no
sound
Function light on but no
sound
If the problem exist after checking related procedures above. Please refer our
service agent to fix it. Do not attempt to open the cover otherwise we assume no
responsibility.
Possible problem
1. Plug is not well
connected.
2. Speaker power button
is not turned on
1. Cable disconnected
2. satellite speakers
& subwoofer Are
not connected or
disconnected.
3. Audio signal is not
transmitted to subwoofer
Solution
Insert the plug into
electric outlet
Turn on the button.
Turn off the power,check
the input jack to ensure
proper audio signal is
connected to to relevant
input jack
Power off then check
and confirm the cable
connection again
Check all the speaker
if there is audio signal
